Odisha, however, is headed for a double poll schedule – with the Assembly elections and the Lok Sabha polls running simultaneously. While the Commission has spread out the electoral process over seven different phases, Odisha is slated to head for the polls in four of those: on April 11th, 18th, 23rd and 29th.
